SkyNet return solution offers multiple options in spreading the cost between the e-retailer and the consumer who is returning goods, the solution can be customised by country to offer any of the following cost options.

FREE RETURNS

The e-retailer can take on the cost of returns and offer the service for free to the consumer, this can be customised by country if necessary.

SHARED COST

Consumer pays for local in-country return charges to nearest SkyNet depot and e retailer pays the return charges back to their warehouse.

FULL COST

Payable by the consumer returning the goods. an be used in the countries where the shipper doesnโ€™t offer free returns.

DISCOUNT CODES

To allow the e-retailer to offer free returns in exceptional cases where free returns are not offered as standard, for example if the wrong product was shipped a discount code can be issued to allow for a one time free return.
